Sample Vials. General-purpose sample vials are used for collection, storage, and transportation procedures. With a range of the material manufacturing and capacity options, users may tailor based on content and process requirements. Nonsterile or sterile vials are available in amber, white, or clear transparencies for effortless viewing.
VOA VIALS are most often used for volatile organic compound analysis. Available in clear 33 expansion and amber 51 expansion borosilicate glass. Open top vials come assembled with polypropylene caps with low-bleed 0.125” PTFE/silicone septa inserted (.135” septa for E-series vials). Sizes are 20mL, 40mL, and 60mL.
Vials (volume 22 mL, clear glass vial, thread 20-400) are suitable basically to inject samples from an autosampler. Autosampler needle pierces through the cap during injection and withdraws the required aliquots of sample from the vials.
Environmental Sampling Bottles. Provides lightweight, break-resistant storage in the laboratory. Gosselin™ PET Octagonal Bottles are manufactured from polyethylene terephthalate resin. Choose this container, which is break-resistant, guaranteed leakproof and certified sterile, for water sample collection for microbiological analyses.

Our precleaned, Type 1 borosilicate clear or amber glass vials are washed in non-phosphate detergent, rinsed three times with tap water, and rinsed with ASTM Type-1 organic-free water to remove detergent. Post cleaning, vials are assembled with PTFE/silicone septa and open-top polypropylene caps.
For example, they’re a perfect cap for sample collection and storage or simple chromatographic analysis using snap ring vials. Slip-on Caps KIM-KAP® slip-on caps are a series of disposable polypropylene slip-on style closures used on culture tubes and culture flasks.
Bottles KaptClean® for Semi-Volatiles are glass containers cleaned for semi-volatiles, pesticides, PCB's and metals. Analytes that are commonly analyzed include, semi-volatile organics, base neutrals acids (BNAs), organochlorine pesticides and alpha & gamma chlordane, polychlorinated bi-phenols (PCBs), metals +mercury and inorganics (fluoride, cyanide, sulfate, sulfide, chloride, acidity

Thermo Scientific Clear VOA Vials with Closed Cap are designed for EPA volatile organic analysis (VOA). Closed-top vials for VOA sampling when a pierceable septa closure is not needed. Available Certified to meet EPA Performance Based Specifications for Volatile Organic Analysis, Processed the same
These glass vials are ideal for volatile organic analysis (VOA). Available in clear‚ or choose amber bottles for light-sensitive analytes. Made from borosilicate glass. Choose from two types of vial closures. Unbonded septum closure is removable; made for piercing and easy cleaning. Use closed top style where piercable septum is not required.
These vials require a special cap with an 18 mm thread. The standard 18-400 threaded caps will not fit this vial. The part numbers for caps that are available for these vials are SU860101(with PTFE/silicone, 1.3 mm thick), SU860102 (with PTFE/butyl, 1.6 mm thick), and SU860103 (with PTFE/silicone, 1.5 mm thick).
Jars are available in clear or amber Type III glass and have a closed-top cap with bonded PTFE liner that can't fall out. Amber jars are recommended for light-sensitive analytes. Available Certified to meet EPA performance-based specifications for Volatile Organic Analysis or Processed the same way as the certified vials but without certification documentation.
